Ashley Collins has been a dedicated nurse since 2009, beginning her career in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Her leadership skills and clinical expertise propelled her quickly through the ranks, first as a Director of Nursing, then as a Legal Nurse Consultant, and ultimately as Vice President of Clinical Operations.

Throughout her career, Ashley witnessed the significant challenges faced by nursing home residents in accessing timely and essential healthcare services. In particular, the lack of available resources to address conditions requiring vascular access often contributed to unnecessary hospital readmissions. Determined to improve care and outcomes for these residents, Ashley launched VascuPro.

VascuPro’s mission is to provide timely, 24-hour vascular access services for nursing home residents needing intravenous fluids and antibiotics. The company’s goal is not only to give nursing home operators peace of mind but also to enhance the education of nurses on vascular access lines, ultimately reducing return-to-hospital rates and improving patient outcomes.
